The Executive of Leadership and Innovation or better known as ELI is an Executive who strives to build future national youth leaders and innovative students. We do not focus solely on those in the UBD community,but those outside of it too. Due to that, we often conduct team building activities for high schools, middle schools and other higher institutions. 

 

Other than that, we focus mainly on instilling leadership capabilities, innovative thinking skills and help people master the ability of confidence in themselves as a leader. In ELI< everyone is a leader of their own, and if you think you match our motto and mission, join us at ELI!
