Student Centre Opening Hours?

To whom it may concern,

I have an inquiry with regards to UBD's facility, namely the Student Centre. I have noticed the changed in opening hours since Covid-19 outbreak in Brunei Darussalam and there is no transparency in what time and days Student Centre is opened for students to use. It seems like the security can lock and open at any time.

With that, I would like to get a clarification from whoever it may concern, to provide with details on when and what days Student Centre is open for the students.
